Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupsditalini pasta (about 250 grams)
  2. 1 2/3 cupspeas (about 240 grams)
  3. 8 1/2 ouncesbacon or pancetta (about 240 grams)
  4. 1egg per person
  5. Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2onion
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion and bacon or pancetta.

  2. 2

    When the bacon and onion reach your desired doneness, add the peas and stir.

  3. 3

    Let everything cook together for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the pasta, then pour in enough water to completely cover the pasta.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile, mix the eggs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

  6. 6

    When the pasta is cooked, add the egg mixture to the pot and stir to combine everything well.

  7. 7

    Once served, you can add more cheese and pepper if you like.
