This is a bengoli dish.Very simple ingredients are necessary ,which was available on your kitchen.You can make it on fasting.

I can make the coconut milk on fresh coconut.

Heat a pan add thin coconut milk+ 1cup water.Add chop greenchilli, coursely grounded cinnamon, green cadamom,clove & bay leaf. Cooked 2 mints.

Than add thick coconut milk & cooked another 2 mint.Now add paneer cube mix it well & cooked 2-3mits.Keep it aside.Heat a tadka pan put ghee & put ginger chop crackle.

Again put the paneer pan on flame & pour the tadka.mix it well.Add 1tsp sugar & to taste salt.Mix it well.

Cooked till it's become semi thik, add 1tsp ghee & of the flame.P aneer mouli is ready. Garnishing with coriander leaves serve with rice or pulao.
