Today is krishnashtmi.
So I made this burfi prasad for
laddoo Gopal.🙏

Steps

Make all ingredients next to you.
Now in a nonstick pan add milk Powder and paneer.
Mix well,
Now add milk and stir continuously to break all the lumps and till better looks lumpless.
This procedure should be off the gas.. - 2
Now put the pan on the gas stir nonstop to avoid sticking on
the bottom of the pan..
When better Starts thicker add sugar and continue mixing.
When sugar starts dissolving, add dessicated coconut,
Stir equally, add cardamom powder.
Now better start Like dough form and leave the pan's corner, that's the sign the burfi is done. - 3
Transfer the better into greased plate.sprinkal almond flakes and let the burfi cool down completely.
Then make Square pieces or of your desire..
Serve the prasad in the silver plate and offer to god. enjoy the prasad.
Remaining burfi fill in the container..
