Oregano Garlic Burgers

Beef, fish, chicken, pork, even portobello mushrooms can be dressed up with a few pinches of garlic and oregano and either pan fried, broiled or baked.
For this recipe I used ground beef patties, dried oregano, and granulated garlic and pan fried them.

Steps

Form patties to desired size. Place on non stick skillet. Add a couple of pinches of oregano and some granulated garlic to the top of each burger.

Fry for 3 to 5 minutes per side til cooked to desired consistency.

Arrange lettuce leaves on plate and place burgers on the lettuce. Serve with your favorite sides.
