In a bowl add mayonnaise, dujon mustard, peanut butter and mix well
- 2
In a pan add butter and add a slice of bread, fry well on both sides, set aside after frying the other slice
- 3
Apply the mayonnaise mix on the slices of fried bread
- 4
In a wok heat oil and break a egg to make a poach
- 5
Place the poach on the mayonnaise sliced bread
- 6
Close with the slice and cut diagonally with a bread knife
- 7
Plate and enjoy 😊
