Pork Chops with Cilantro Sauce

Herbs are some of my favorite seasonings to cook with because they add so much flavor to food. I always try to use them fresh when possible—the difference in taste is huge. Cilantro is one of the herbs I love to use often. I served these pork chops with sautéed mote and vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients and season the pork chops. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the cilantro sauce for the chops.

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the cilantro sauce.

Heat a skillet with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Sear and cook the pork chops on both sides.

Serve the pork chops with the cilantro sauce. I served them with sautéed mote and vegetables.
