Golden brown puff pastry stuffed with creamy tangy chicken and paneer is a fantastic snack, enjoy with your brother this rakhi season.

Cook the minced onion in a skillet with the butter on low heat until they are translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes more.Turn up the heat to medium and add the diced chicken breast and stir frequently.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the diced paneer cubes and saute well.Set aside the chicken paneer mixture while you work with the puff pastry.

Take one spuare sheet and add 1 tbsp cream cheese,1 tbsp kissan tomato ketchup and spread with a spoon in the centre.Add two tablespoons of the chicken paneer mixture to the center of each square.

Use your finger to add a little water to the edge of two sides of the dough.Fold the dough diagonally and make an envelope shape.

Brush each triangle with the egg wash. Bake at 350-degrees F until the pastry is golden brown on both sides, about 40 minutes.

Serve hot and crispy.
