Ingredients

  1. 1 loafFrench bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  2. 1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
  3. 8small tomatoes, diced
  4. 1 ouncemozarella cheese, freshly grated
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1 tablespoongood quality balsamic vinegar
  7. 1small capsicum finely chopped
  8. 1small onion finely chopped
  9. 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  10. 1/4 tspblack salt
  11. 2 tbspKissan tomato ketchup

  1. 1

    Gather all ingredients.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. 2

    Brush bread slices on both sides lightly with 1 tablespoon oil and place on large baking sheet. Toast bread until golden, 5 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, toss together tomatoes, capsicum, onion, mozzarella cheese, and garlic in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix in balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons olive oil, black salt, and pepper, ketchup

  5. 5

    Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted bread slices.

  6. 6

    Microwave the breads now just for 2 minutes and serve immediately and enjoy!
