This is a simple Dinner recipe made with homemade Fettuccine and a few colourful Vegetables. The ingredients are simple with lots of Veggies that were handy. You can use your favourite one's too. Though the Non-Vegetable version is also super delicious, this Vegetarian version is absolutely and equally yum. You can make Cheesy one too if you want a little change. I have tried all of these variations and have loved them all. I have used simple spices in this no hassle version by me making it a bit more of Indian. I have used spices that are common to Indian palate. This amazing one pot meal is not only a stunner but also a filling one. It has full of awesome flavours. Lipsmacking Fettuccine Vegetable is ready to be enjoyed in just a few minutes. Enjoy with your loved ones and friends on any day.
The choice of Vegetables is also one's own and can be used accordingly.
