Par boil baby potato

Peel the potato n prick it

Take bowl put curd, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes turmeric powder mix well put the potato n keep it for 10-15 minutes for marination

Fry in oil till golden brown

Make puree of tomato and onion

Take kadai put butter or oil jeera put the slices of onion and saute till golden brown

Put the puree add salt turmeric powder dhaniya powder pepper and it cook till it leaves oil from side

Put the fried potato n mix well

Cover for 5-10 minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves
