Steps

Make a Puree of peeled bananas, jagarry and corn flour to smooth.

Heat ghee add pureed bananas and cook on medium heat till it becomes thick.

Add ghee, cardmum in batches and continue cooking till it starts leaving kadai and forms dough.
- 4
Pour on a plate or mould and let it cool cut in pieces and ready to serve/ enjoy.
