Clean seeds and soak in coconut water/ water for 3 hours. Do not drain water.

Take grated fresh coconut and jaggery and soaked garden cress seeds in heavy pan mix well.

Cook and stir Cook till it becomes thick and stars leaving the sides of pan add dry fruits and cardamom mix everything together well. Take a grease plate transfer mixture to a plate stars making lodoos the mixture should be no hot or cold.

Your easy healthy tasty ladoos are ready.
