Ingredients

40 minutes
4 to 5 servings
  • 1/3 cuprice flour
  • 5 cupsfull fat milk
  • 6-8 Tbspsugar (reduce for low sweet)
  • 1/2 tspground cardamom
  • 2-3almonds finely chopped
  • 2-3pistachios finely chopped
  • 🌻For Garnish: Some almond & pistachio silvered
  • Some dry rose petals

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the milk & cardamom powder in a pan till it comes to a boil, then simmer. Add the rice flour while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and continue stirring till it begins to thicken. Mix in the chopped dry nuts cover and simmer for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into serving bowls. Garnish with almond & pistachio silvered & rose petals.
    Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
