Air fryer lamb chops

It’s no secret that I love using my air fryer to make fast, healthy, and easy dinners. Some of my regulars include salmon, chicken and fries. Today I felt like having something a little fancy. I decided to air fry lamb chops.
What I loved about this recipe was just how tender and juicy the chops turned out to be. They were not chewy or tough. Air fryer lamb chops create less of a mess with the same juicy, tender results as the oven-baked and pan-seared methods.
With a simple marinade of basic Pakistani spices, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and ginger-garlic paste, the chops were ready in about 40 minutes. I marinated the chops for 4 hours. You can do less and even 10 minutes.
I like my steak and chops well done. So set the time according to how you like your chops. They could be ready in 20 minutes also!
Lamb is commonly served with potatoes, but I prefer to serve mine with mint chutney and Pakistani kachumbersalad (chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, cilantro, carrot in a lemon salt and pepper dressing).
These chops are easy enough for a quick healthy dinner, but nice enough for a special occasion or entertaining.
