Korean chewy garlic Potato in Red sauce

Take 3-4 smashed boiled potato in bowl add 1 cup corn flour and add Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil make soft dough

Side by will prepare red sauce also, take1-2 chopped tomatoes in mixer jar & add dry Red chilli make them smooth paste

Add 1-2 tbsp oil in hot pan add finely chopped garlic cloves and chopped coriander leaves saute for few seconds

Then add tomato paste in it mix them properly cook until oil separate

Then add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, little vinegar,Salt to taste (remember we also add salt in dough) mix them.

Let it cook for few more seconds

Now back to dough,Take small pieces of dough on board make it cylindrical shape by rolling and cut it in small cylinder shape(easy way), cook 2-3 minutes in boiling water and take it out

Now when you take all boiled potato out from water, immediately add in prepared red sauce and slowly slowly mix them on low flame

Serve hot Korean spicy chewy potato on plate.and it's ready to eat.enjoy😋
