Steps

  1. 1

    Echar aceite en una olla grande y cocinar la cebolla y ajo hasta que esté dorado

  2. 2

    Agregar chile dulce en tiras grandes y el apio

  3. 3

    Agregar la papa cortada en cuadritos y el chicken broth

  4. 4

    Poner a fuego alto y dejar suavizar la papa

  5. 5

    Luego agregar la zanahoria, vainicas, chayote y pollo y condimentos.
