  1. Roasted chicken (seguir la otra receta)

  4. 2Chicken Broth boxes
  5. Celery
  6. Zanahoria
  7. Vainicas
  8. Papas
  9. Chile dulce entero
  10. Sal
  11. Pimienta
  12. Thyme
  13. Parsley
  14. Garlic
  15. Adobo

Steps

  1. 1

    Echar aceite en una olla grande y cocinar la cebolla y ajo hasta que esté dorado

  2. 2

    Agregar chile dulce en tiras grandes y el apio

  3. 3

    Agregar la papa cortada en cuadritos y el chicken broth

  4. 4

    Poner a fuego alto y dejar suavizar la papa

  5. 5

    Luego agregar la zanahoria, vainicas, chayote y pollo y condimentos.
