An Indian Mocktail or Mojito that's awesome with the addition of Cool Cool Butterfly Pea flowers which adds a punch to your conversations. Ideal to serve at parties and an apt one to enjoy in Summers, all without the use of Alcohol. A perfect drink that's totally non-alcoholic. This should be made just before serving. Do not make it in advance. And also do not muddle for a long time. Due to the presence of Lemon, it might get bitter.
And since the ingredients are muddled and not blended, you tend to get a few tiny tidbits to bite when you sip this superb Mojito.
Easy peasy Mojito that can be done on any day especially during the weekends or special get togethers. It can be made by just soaking a few flowers in water for about 10-12 minutes or by making a Tea with some hot water and the time to steep. It's one's own choice. I have followed the first way and have just soaked them.

Steps
- 1
To make this mojito, add about 2 to 3 slices of lemon and muddle it for a minute. Do not do it much as it might make it bitter. Also add mint leaves too if desired. Do this directly in a tall serving glass.
- 2
Add a few ice-cubes. Followed by one fourth of the water in which the flowers were soaked and then soda on top. Stir well.
- 3
Serve it super chilled right away. Enjoy!
