Mango biscuits (vegan)

In a bowl add oil, mango pulp and sugar. Mix well until all incorporated. Add food or colour or emulsion if preferred. Add flour and almond powder and mix well.

Make equal size balls and give it a shape of mango.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 12 to 14 minutes.
Let it cool completely. Enjoy - 4
