Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp ghee, add almonds + cashews and roast / fry under low flame till golden brown and keep aside, add 1/2 tbsp ghee add raisins and fry till raisins plump and keep aside.
After cooling grind the roasted dry fruits and keep few raisins for garnish. - 3
Add remaining ghee, add wheat flour and roast under medium flame till wheat flour turn aromatic and we get the nutty aroma.

Transfer wheat flour to a thali / plate and allow to cool for some time. Then add powder sugar + cardamom powder + roasted dry fruits and mix well. Start binding ladoos, if mixture seems to be dry add little more melted ghee to bind properly.
