Steps

For the pakodas : Mix everything & drop small pakodas in hot oil.

Deep fry pakodas till golden. Remove & keep aside.

Kadhi : Take curds in a bowl, add water & blend.

Tempering of kadhi : Take ghee & oil in a small pan, add dry red chillies, cinnamon, methi dana,2 cardamom, 3-4 peppercorns, 3-4 cloves,cumin seeds & curry leaves.

Add garlic & ginger & green chillies saute well.Add onion turmeric powder, red chilli powder coriander-cumin seeds powder & salt.Add tempering in kadhi. Add 1 cup water & boil.

Than add 1/2 cup more water to set the consistency. Lastly add sugar & mix. Add pakodas & cover & cook.Switch off the gas & serve hot.

Note : Add pakodas in kadhi only 15 minutes before serving.
