Pre heat oven 180°c, add parchment paper on the baking tray, sieve and add plain flour, gram flour, roll oats powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and baking powder, In a large bowl 🥣, add ghee and margarine (make sure to take a thick ghee, don't use melted ghee), add powdered sugar and whisk with hand or bet on low speed, bet the mixture until creamy and whitish in colour.

Add milk and plain yogurt, bet again for 1 min, add sieve flour mixture, mix well until combined and get the mixture together forming a soft dough.

Pinch a ball sized dough and roll making a dent in the center, add whole one chestnut or sliced almonds 🌰 and press gently, arrange them on the baking tray and bake for 15 mins. The cookies 🍪 will be soft, when remove from the oven, transfer to the wire rack, let it cool completely and nankhatai cookies 🍪 turns crisp and crunchy. Serve with hot cup of tea or coffee ☕🫖.

Note: I have substitute chestnut with almonds the best optional, if you desired use nuts of your choice.
