Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2stalks Japanese leek
  2. 3 tbspa. Soy sauce
  3. 3 tbspa. Sake
  4. 3 tbspa. Vinegar
  5. 1/2 tbspa. Sugar
  6. 1 tbspa. Ichimi chili pepper powder
  7. 1 tbspa. Sesame oil
  8. 1as much (to taste) a. White sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely julienne the white part of the leek, and soak in a bowl of cold water.

  2. 2

    Mix the leeks and the sauce ingredients labeled "a", and it's done. You can add more vinegar if you like.

  3. 3

    One evening, we had samgyeopsal for dinner, so we wrapped some of the leek with our barbecued pork!

    With avocado sprinkled with lemon and wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
