2 tspSalt
2 tbspBaking Powder
1 cupCrisco or alternative
4 tbspSugar
1 cupMilk
2 tbspAdditional Crisco

Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a cookie sheet.

Sift the dry ingredients together and beat in all the crisco. Fold in the milk.

Roll the dough out onto a floured surface and cut into biscuits.

Bake for about ten minutes - watching carefully that they don't over cook.

Top with fresh fruit sauces and whipped cream.
