Fry quarters of peeled onions in a large Saucepan with Lid etc. with Olive Oil in that Saucepan and once you have peeled the Garlic cloves add the whole Garlic Cloves - gently shallow fry for 15 minutes

Add Celery and peeled Carrots, plus Potatoes, Celery Salt and Chicken Stock and then boil and mainly simmer with the lid on for 45 minutes

Then turn the hob off and then soak the raw Parsley in cold tap water within a large mixing bowl and then use your Fingers too distribute a little at a time - too the hot cooked soup mix and then once finished add the Saucepan Lid back on and then allow too cool overnight

Keep blitzing with your Nutri Ninja Blender etc. until you have run out of your homemade soup mix and have filled up a large mixing bowl. Then heat up a small portion of the cold cooked soup and then enjoy eating it with some bread or Croutons
