Butter Kulcha

Take 250 gm refined flour, add sugar, salt and yeast(make a liquid by adding dry yeast in water) into it.

Knead a proper dough and let it rest for 1 hour.

Take small balls from the dough and make Kulcha and cook it by brushing with butter.

Tasty butter Kulcha is ready. Serve it with any vegetable or non-vegetable curry.
