Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Wash and roughly chop the mushrooms. Mince the garlic, ginger, onion, and shallot.

Sauté the onion in a little olive oil until golden. Then add the garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and shallot.

Add the tomato sauce and sour cream to the same pan. Quickly remove from heat.

Arrange the quenelles in a baking dish, pour the mushroom sauce over them, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, then serve!
