In a mug, heat milk in a microwave. Drop tea bags in the milk. Take out the tea bags after steeping for a few minutes and let cool.

Melt butter in a microwave oven and combine with sugar and egg.

Add pancake mix, and milk tea from Step 1 to Step 2 and combine well.

Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake in a 355F/180C oven for 20 minutes.
