10 minutes! Rosemary Steamed Pork

This is a pan steamed dish, one of my favorite cooking methods! I tried steaming a block of pork.
Soup stock granules are salty, so you don't need salt and pepper, but please add some to taste. For 2 servings. Recipe by HaradaKiTN

Steps
- 1
Line a pan with the washed spinach and cut up carrot, and layer the pork pieces on top.
- 2
Dissolve the soup stock in 300 ml of hot water, and add to the pan. Sprinkle the rosemary on top of the meat, cover the pan with a lid and steam for about 5 minutes.
- 3
When the moisture in the pan is gone, it's done.
- 4
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes at a temperature low enough that the sauce doesn't start spitting.
- 5
Serve on a plate, pour the sauce over, and it's done.
