  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 sp tea powder
  • 1/2 sp amla powder
  • 1/2 sp ginger grated
  • 1 sp honey

  1. 1

    To a cup of water add tea powder, ginger,and amla powder.

    Boil it for few minutes. Off the flame and let it settle for a while.

    Strain it and pour in a cup, add honey mix it.
