Ingredients

1 serving

1 cupwater
1/2 sp tea powder
1/2 sp amla powder
1/2 sp ginger grated
1 sp honey

To a cup of water add tea powder, ginger,and amla powder.

Boil it for few minutes. Off the flame and let it settle for a while.

Strain it and pour in a cup, add honey mix it.

Healthy amla (powder)tea is ready.
