Green amaranth and radish, potato and onion selected.

Cut thin slices of potatoes, radish and onion. Rinse the leaves of green amaranth and chop it.

In a kadhai, add oil and switch on the burner. When oil becomes hot, add cumin and mustard seeds and allow them to flutter. Add onion slices and fry. Then add potato slices and green chilis, mix well and cover with a lid. Cook under low flame with occasional stirring. When the potato is half cooked, add radish slices and salt. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add chopped green amaranth and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Switch off the burner and leave it for some more time. Sprinkle chat masala powder on the cooked dish. Transfer into a serving plate and try with cooked rice.
