
Pork chops with potmash and asparagus

Preheat oven to 220C (top and bot); mix pork chops and spices and let marinate

Throw chops in oven in a big tray and turn every 15-20 minutes. Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown

Meanwhile peel and roughly chop potatoes and throw in very salted boiling water until soft.

Mash using a fork or a masher and add butter and milk until desired thickness reached
- 5
Wash and salt asparagus and throw in oven with chops
