Steps

Saute some garlic and onions then add shredded red bell peppers and tomatoes, shredded cabbage, green beans, green bell pepper, and grated carrots

Add some paprika and seasoning cubes, stirfry for a bit and set aside

Break egg in a bowl, season with pinch of salt and add the veggies, then grease your pan and fry eggs then fold.

Served with boiled plantain and tea.
