600 mlMilk
4egg yolks
3 TbsCorn Flour
100 gCaster Sugar
1 tspVanilla extract

Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan and heat until nearly boiling

While the milk is heating combine the egg yolks, caster sugar, corn flour, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth
3

When the milk mixture is heated, dribble the mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk while doing it to combine
4

Once all mixed, return it to the saucepan and heat gently until thickened to a custard, and enjoy
