Ingredients

1 cupwater
Halfsmall cabbage,cut into small

1small can of evaporated milk
1 pinchwhite pepper
1little salt
Halfsmall carrot,cubes
Garlic,minced
Halfcup Elbow macaroni

Steps

Stir fry garlic until aromatic.Then add cabbage and carrot.

When the veggies are boiling add in pasta,bacon and simmer a while.Pour evaporated milk and a little water.Season with salt and white pepper.

Boil elbow pasta for 7 mins.Wash and drain.Then set aside
