Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cupChicken Broth (preferred) or Water
  • 1 cupTomato Sauce
  • 1 cupChopped Onion
  • 2 tbspChicken Bouillon
  • 2 tspOil
  • 2 cloveMinced Garlic
  • 7 ozBag of Mexican Noodles

Steps

    Prepare onions and garlic.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a small pot, add noodles.

  3. 3

    Once noodles begin to brown add onion and garlic; cook 1 - 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add chicken bouillon, tomato sauce, and broth.

  5. 5

    Once soup begins to boil, turn down just below a simmer; stirring occasionally, cook an additional 10 - 15 minutes, or until noodles become soft.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and enjoy!
