Finely chop the bhaji and coriander

Wash the bhaji very well with water and drain

Heat oil in a pan and put asafoetida in it and add bhaji and saute it

Saute the bhaji and then add salt and turmeric

After a while, add water to it, cover it and let it cook

After five minutes add chilli powder and coriander powder to that bhaji and mix well

Then add chopped coriander to it mix it up very well

Serve ready bhaji with hot khichdi or rot
