Tender Chicken Basil Piccata

I wanted to eat some delicious chicken tenders.
Adding the remaining egg gives the dish more volume. If the heat is too hot, the outside will burn before the center is cooked through, so be careful. Recipe by Juri- mama

Steps
- 1
Remove the sinew from the chicken and gently pound it. Cut it into easy to eat pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Combine the ☆ ingredients. Place the chicken in the mixture and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- 3
Break an egg into a bowl. Add the ★ ingredients, mix, and set aside.
- 4
Put the flour into a plastic bag, add the chicken from Step 2, and cover with the flour as much as possible.
- 5
Heat the oil in a frying pan, coat the chicken from Step 4 with the egg mixture made in Step 3. Fry on medium heat. If you have leftover egg mixture pour it over the chicken.
- 6
When nicely browned, flip over so that the egg around the edges can soak in, and brown the other side.
- 7
Arrange on a plate and they're done. Top with aurora sauce or any sauce of your choice.
