Ingredients

  1. 48Hershey kisses
  2. 1/2 cupshortening
  3. 3/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
  4. 1/3 cupsugar
  5. 1/3 cuppacked light brown sugar
  6. 1egg
  7. 2 Tbspmilk
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 1 1/2 cupAP flour
  10. 1 tspbaking soda
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. Granulated sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°. Remove kisses from wrappers

    Beat 1/2 cup shortening and 3/4 cup PB in a large bowl. And 1/3 cup granulated & 1/3 cup light brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add 1 egg, 2 Tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla, beat well. Stir in 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually beat into mixture

    Shape into 1” balls. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet

    Bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned. Immediately press kiss into center.
