Lal saag subji
Steps

Take a pack of lal saag, remove the roots, wash with plain water,cut in to small.

Keep a kadai,add oil let it heat,add mustard,dals,curry leaves and onion fry for few minutes, add red chilli and red spinach. Mix well.

Saute for few minutes. Add salt and red chilli powder mix well till the water dry well.

Then add grated coconut,give a nice mix.

Remove from heat, transfer to serving bowl.

Enjoy the super tasty lal saag subji with rice and roti.
