Wash and trim chicken feet.Then boil for five mins.

Pour water and wash the feet.

Sautee ginger,garlic and shallot until fragrant.

Add in chicken feet and stir fry.

Pour soy sauce and a little water.
- 6
Simmer until chicken feet are soft.
- 7
Then pour vinegar,dont mix.Simmer for another 3 mins.
