Heat a saucepan and add butter 🧈, when melted add finely chopped garlic 🧄, cook till light golden, add bay leaf 🍂 saute for 1 sec, add finely chopped onion 🧅, saute for 1 min, don't let it change colour,add chopped tomatoes 🍅 and mix well, add salt 🧂, finely chopped mint leaves 🌱 and mix well.

When tomatoes 🍅are soft, add chopped/ sliced carrot 🥕, chopped french beans saute for 1 min, add freshly ground black pepper powder, kashmiri red chilli powder 🌶️, sugar, coriander cumin powder and mix well, add water 💦, let it boil

Serve hot with fried bread cubes, toast bread. Garnish with chopped chives 🌿, mint leaf 🌱
