Veg Manchurian and fried rice is a popular Indo-Chinese combo made with deep-fried vegetable balls into spicy and sweet sauce called Manchurian served with Veg Fried Rice which is made by stir frying cooked rice along with vegetables, sauces in a wok.

Veg Manchurian and fried rice is a popular Indo-Chinese combo made with deep-fried vegetable balls into spicy and sweet sauce called Manchurian served with Veg Fried Rice which is made by stir frying cooked rice along with vegetables, sauces in a wok.
Steps

For Manchurian balls, wash and cut veggies, then crush them in a vegetable crusher.

Take finely chopped carrots, onions and cabbage in a large bowl, add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala powder and salt.

Now add flour and cornflour, mix all the ingredients well.

Now take some mixture with a spoon and grease your hands and make small balls.

Now fry these balls in oil until they turn golden.

For Fried Rice, wash the vegetables and chop them finely.

To make rice, wash and drain rice, heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the rice.

Now add 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt, close the lid of the cooker and cook till 1 whistle.

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic to it.

When the garlic burns a little, add chopped onion to it and fry.

When the onion turns pink, add finely chopped vegetables and add salt, red chili powder and garam masala powder.

Cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes, then add tomato sauce and cooked rice.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Mix manchurian masala in 1 cup water.

Heat oil in a pan and put chopped garlic. Now add manchurin masala mix and tomato sauce.

Cook for a minute and add cooked fried rice in it.

Mix all well and lastly add fried manchurian balls and serve hot.
