Assemble dey & wet ingredients separately. Then add wet ingredients into dry ingredients & mix well.

Make a soft dough.Take a small portion & flatten it into a flat disc. Make all discs like this.

Heat oil in a pan. Put 4-5 discs at a time into the hot oil. Fry them on medium to slow flame.

Remove the discs when golden. Cool completely & store in an airtight container. These pearl millet discs last for 2-3 days. Serve them with tea / coffee / milkshake/ smoothie.
