SATTU BEETROOT PARATHA.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add ata, salt & ajwain, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough, add oil, knead it again, keep aside.

Meanwhile, take a pan, add oil, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it until fragrant.

Add in onion & green chilli, saute it until translucent.

Add cabbage now, mix it well.

In goes beetroot, mix it well.

Add salt, red chilli powder, dhania patta, saunf powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a minute

Now add sattu, mix it well. Stir fry it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Take out in a bowl, allow it to cool down.

Take med sized portions of the dough, roll it, make a small roti. Add 1 tbsp stuffing.

Seal the edges, roll it, make Paratha.

Take an iron tawa, place the Paratha onto it. Flip it.

Brush oil on the upper side, flip it again, brush some oil on the other side too. Bake it until done.

Make all the parathas in the same manner. Take out in a serving dish, can be served along with green chutney...
