The meat should be well beaten. Salt and season to taste.

Place bacon on each chop. A couple of peach slices for the bacon. Roll up into a tight roll, tucking in the edges. (Like an envelope)

Place the rolls tightly into the pan. Pour in the juice from the peaches from the jar.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
