I like to do this if suddenly there is a little different meat left. I turn it into minced meat and it turns out great cutlets. The breading retains all the juices inside. And the cutlets turn out very juicy.

I like to do this if suddenly there is a little different meat left. I turn it into minced meat and it turns out great cutlets. The breading retains all the juices inside. And the cutlets turn out very juicy.

Steps

Grind the meat in a meat grinder with the addition of onion and garlic. Add salt and season to taste. Knead well.

Form cutlets. Prepare two containers. Mix the eggs well in one. Pour crackers into another.

Dip the cutlets first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Do this twice.

Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides. The other side is under the lid. Approximately three minutes on each side. During frying, turn the cutlets several times for a better crust.

You can serve the cutlets with any side dish. Especially good with fresh vegetable salad.
