Best Way To Cook Frozen Boiled Mussel Meat

I often use Frozen Seafood Mix for cooking, and Boiled Mussel Meat is always included in it. I rarely use Mussel Meat for cooking. I tend to use Fish, Prawns and Squid only, then I end up having Mussel Meat left in the bag. I have tried to cook them in a variety of ways, and this is definitely my favourite. Very quick and easy, and absolutely delicious. When you eat these Mussel Meat, DO NOT waste the yummy Oil. Dip a piece of crusty bread OR flatbread in the Oil and enjoy it.
