Veggie Spaghetti

In a pan, add 2 ltr water and boil it

Add spaghetti noodles

Boil for 10-12 min at medium flame till noodles get soft or cooked properly

Strain it

In the same pan, add oil

Add cumin seeds

Add 2-3 chopped green chilli and curry leaves

Saute few minutes

Add chopped onion, capscium and carrot

Cook the veggies well

Add chopped tomato and mix well

Add 1 tb salt and cover and cook for few minutes

Add boiled noodles and stir properly

Add 2 tb oregeno and 1 tb chilli flakes

Combine well

Add 1 tb of green chilli sauce and little bit of tomato ketchup

Mix properly

Serve hot
