An amazing dish Rajma Masala is an added attraction of dining table on any day. This is Rajma Chitra White variety. It is one of the most commonly used varieties of Rajma. Looks beautiful with pale White colour and a few spots here and there. It's absolutely delightful and desirable. A delectable dish that is enjoyed by many across the Country.
Simple yet an excellent lovely dish to be relished at mealtimes on any day with plain boiled Rice.
You will just love this combo.
It not only is creamy and great but the colour too looks tempting.
It turns out so well each time it is made and my family thoroughly enjoys it both with the Rice as well as the Rotis.
Easily done with minimum required staples from the kitchen. This is way too flavourful.
Full of natural goodness of Protiens and Vitamins, this dish is a complete meal in itself.
Children as well as the adults will love it for sure. It can be enjoyed with any Indian Bread, Cumin Rice, Pulao, Bhaturas etc.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
Wash and soak Rajma overnight. Soak in clean drinking water and keep it covered. Do not throw this water. Pressure cook it along with the same water for 6-7 whistles with a bay leaf, turmeric and a little of salt.
- 2
In a pan, heat ghee and saute onions with ginger garlic paste. To this add slit green chillies and all the spices.
- 3
Also add finely chopped tomatoes and saute all of that until ghee starts separating from the sides of the pan.
- 4
To this one now, finally add the boiled and coarsely mashed Rajma. Mix well and adjust salt accordingly. Cook on a low for the next 10 minutes until everything gets incorporated well. That's it.
- 5
Garnish with more of chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy this beautiful looking creamy comfort food of all times with simple boiled Rice. Enjoy!
